Everyone has unique wants and needs, and every home has unique organizational challenges and opportunities. Shaping Spaces is here to help facilitate a successful home organizing journey. Our process is tailored to you, whether you need a single closet refresh or an entire home reset.

How Home Organizing Works

We will start with a free consultation so we can understand your organizational needs. Together, we’ll take measurements, determine a cost estimate, and decide how involved you want to be in the process.

After your free consultation, we’ll begin Shaping Spaces’ four-step professional organization process:

Walk through the space to understand how it is being used
Sort through your possessions and advise on which items might be good to let go of
Take measurements for any product recommendations
Create and implement new organizational systems

Your Involvement

Our goal is to make organizing a stress-free process, which looks different for everyone. Do you want to be there every moment of the organization process? Great! Don’t have the time right now? Perfect! You can be involved as much or as little as you would like.

Organization Product Recommendations

A big part of any home organizing process is deciding what product solutions to use. Investing in new organization products can help us achieve your functional and aesthetic goals. However, new products are not always necessary. We will work within your budget to make your space look and feel great, whether you want to use what you currently have or incorporate Pinterest-perfect solutions.

Sustainable Maintenance

We won’t just declutter your home. Together we will set up your space in a way that is easy to maintain so you can stay organized. Shaping Spaces also provides refresher sessions to make sure you are able to stay organized long term.
